Eleni Sophia Hallerbach has been working at CSN GmbH since April 2020 in Social Media Marketing, where responsibilities include content planning and creation, community management, analysis and reporting, as well as strategic development aimed at enhancing engagement and reach. Eleni has experience in operator services, providing training and support for conferencing. In a brief role at Diakonie Düsseldorf in April 2023, Eleni contributed to youth migration services through individual counseling, integration planning, and organizing educational and recreational programs. Prior experience at AHS Aviation Handling Services GmbH as a Bodenstewardess involved customer representation, check-in processing, document management, and assistance with flight-related inquiries. Eleni is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Transkulturalität at the University of Düsseldorf.
