Oliver Degen, MBA has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Oliver is currently serving as CEO / Geschäftsführer at CSM TUBE since May 2021. Prior to this, they held the same position at Nice Deutschland from May 2011 to April 2021. Oliver also worked as a Branch Manager & Int. Key Account at IPC Integrated Professional Cleaning from September 2004 to May 2011. Oliver started their career at Hilti as a Senior Product Manager from January 2000 to March 2003.

Oliver Degen, MBA, studied International Business Strategy at Harvard Business School in 2008. Prior to that, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration at Maastricht University from 2004 to 2007. Oliver also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Università Bocconi, which they completed from 1991 to 2000. Additionally, they obtained a GCSE degree from Abbey Int. College in 1989.
