Raynette Parks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and hospitality management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at CSM Corporation since December 2020, Raynette has held various roles including Human Resources Manager and Taskforce General Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Courtyard by Marriott as Assistant General Manager and Front Desk Supervisor, and a decade-long tenure at Seattle Pacific University's Camp Casey Conference Center in guest services. Additional roles were performed at Skagit Valley College, where Raynette served as Program Manager and in various office support positions while also representing student government. Raynette holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Washington, a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Ashford University, and a certificate in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University. An academic foundation includes an Associate's degree from Skagit Valley College and a high school diploma from Oak Harbor High School.
