Cathy Benham is an experienced professional in E-rate consulting services, currently serving as the Director of E-rate Consulting Services at CSM Consulting, Inc. since July 2004. In this role, Cathy assists K-12 clients in navigating the Universal Service Fund School & Libraries Program. Previously, Cathy held positions as Manager for E-rate consulting services, Consultant at Axiom Advisors and Consultants, Purchasing at Kana Communications, and Senior Sports Marketing Manager at PowerBar, Inc. Cathy is also recognized as an E-mpa Certified E-rate Management Professional and holds an educational background from UC Irvine.
