Vasilis Mavrogenis has extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Vice President of Quality at Seqirus since November 2015. Previously, Vasilis held the position of Global Head of Quality at Novartis Influenza Vaccines for nearly a year, alongside various leadership roles at Novartis Vaccines from September 2002 to November 2015, including Head of Product PAI and Head of Quality Operations. Vasilis began career at Scotia Pharmaceuticals as an Analytical Chemist before progressing to senior positions at GlaxoWellcome. Educationally, Vasilis obtained a BSc in Biomedical Sciences followed by an MPhil in Biomedical Sciences, specializing in Analytical Method Development, both from the University of Wolverhampton.
