Stephanie Aubourg, CRHA has over 20 years of experience in various human resources roles. Stephanie is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at The CSL Group Inc., where they have been since April 2021. Prior to this role, they were the Vice President Human Resources at the same company from September 2019 to April 2021. Stephanie also had previous experience at Patrick Morin as the Director of Human Resources from July 2010 to July 2016. Before that, they worked at Uniboard Canada as a Specialist in Organizational Development from October 2009 to June 2010. Stephanie also had experience at Merck, where they worked as a Specialist in Recruitment and Organizational Development from August 2007 to September 2008, and as an HR Analyst from March 2003 to August 2007. Stephanie started their career at ING as a Specialist in HR Systems (People Soft) in 2002, and at Bombardier Aerospace as an HR Technician from 2000 to 2002.

Stephanie Aubourg, CRHA pursued their education in Gestion des ressources humaines at UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal from 1997 to 2000, earning their Baccalauréat degree.
