Denise Regan, LEED Green Associate and Construction Safety Leader (CSL), serves as the Owner's Representative at CSL Consulting, LLC since January 2022, focusing on projects for Fidelity’s North Carolina Campus. With extensive experience dating back to 1997 in various roles, Denise has been a Construction Consultant, Senior Project Manager, and Director of Construction Services across multiple firms, including Certus Group, Rubicon Builders, and Peabody Properties. Denise has managed construction projects, overseeing budgets, safety guidelines, and compliance with regulations. Additionally, Denise holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from UMass Boston and has demonstrated leadership in both construction management and property management throughout a diverse career.
