Jimmy G. is an experienced consultant and advisor specializing in technology analysis and policy, currently serving as a Senior Advisor for Technology Analysis to RAND and a Nonresident Fellow at the UC Institute on Global Conflict and Cooperation. In January 2024, Jimmy G. will take on the role of Senior Associate at the Center for Strategic and International Studies.
