Pradip Mamilwad is a Project Associate at CSIR - National Institute of Oceanography, bringing expertise in synthesizing highly strained organic molecules to enhance catalyst activity. With a background in Organic Chemistry, Pradip has experience in conducting comprehensive analysis using various NMR techniques and mass spectrometry. Through previous roles as an Internship Trainee and Msc Thesis at CSIR-NIIST and CSIR-NCL Integrated Skill Initiative respectively, Pradip has contributed to the development of advanced materials with improved properties.
