Carolann Pickering is a seasoned Clinical Analyst with extensive experience in implementing and supporting Epic systems across various healthcare settings. Since May 2012, Carolann has served on the Mychart Team at TEKsystems, specializing in department setup and user feature activation for Go-Live dates. Previous roles include Epic IT Implementation Specialist positions at multiple consulting firms, where responsibilities encompassed providing pre Go-Live support, training, and elbow-to-elbow assistance during Go-Live events. Carolann has also contributed to the successful implementation of Epic in outpatient and inpatient settings while holding a Medical Assisting and Phlebotomy MA degree from SBC.
