Caroline has worked in Sales and Marketing roles in the B2B sector for the past 18 years. Having studied Business and French at Birmingham University, she worked in both France and the Czech Republic before starting her career in Marketing at an agency in London.
Following this she spent over 10 years at Nunwood KPMG, a market research & customer experience agency, where, as Head of Sales and Marketing, she was responsible for promoting the Nunwood brand globally.
Caroline joined BW Penman, one of the CSG legacy brands in 2013 as Head of Marketing and Communications. In 2015 she was responsible for overseeing the launch of the CSG brand following the merger of the individual businesses.
Part of CSG's Operations Board, Caroline now heads up CSG’s team of Marketing and Digital specialists, focused on building brand awareness globally.
