Scott Ortiz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in solution architecture and management. Currently serving as Vice President of Solution Architecture at Charter Communications since July 2021, Scott has a long-standing tenure at CSG, starting in April 1999 as Executive Director Solution Architecture for the Charter Customer Business Unit. Responsibilities include overseeing billing systems architecture, field operations leveraging CSG Field Service Management, and enterprise architecture. Previous roles include leading strategic initiatives at Time Warner Cable and working as Director of Product Management at JD Edwards (now Oracle) and as a Software Engineer at Accenture. Scott holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University and has furthered education through Pluralsight.
