Olivier Bonenfant currently serves as the Principal Customer Solution Manager at CSG, where responsibilities include leading the solution scope definition for a large BSS Swap-Out program for a Tier-1 Telco in KSA, establishing business architecture and an architectural metamodel. Prior to this role, Olivier Bonenfant spent over 20 years at Ericsson, holding various positions including Digital Transformation and Product Manager, Strategy and Innovation Manager, and Chief Solution Architect, with a focus on digital transformation initiatives, 5G engagements, and core network design implementations. Olivier Bonenfant began a career in software development at 5Nine Wireless Communications and holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from College de Bois-de-Boulogne.
