Michael Plaisted is a Senior Principal Software Architect and Director of Software Development at CSG, with experience since February 2018. Previously, Michael served as the Director of Research & Development and Director of Technology at Business Ink, Co. from August 2015 to February 2018, and held the roles of Software Development Manager there. Prior to that, Michael worked at The University of Texas at Austin from August 2007 to August 2015 as a Post-doc and Graduate Research Assistant, focusing on research that applied centrifuge technology for testing soil and rock flow properties. Michael holds a PhD and a Master's degree in Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University.
