Meghna Padmanabhan is a skilled Policy Analyst at the CSG Justice Center, specializing in project management and criminal justice initiatives since November 2022. Meghna has a history of impactful roles, including a Racial Equity Fellow at The Brown School of Social Work and Public Health, where research on racial and social injustices contributed to the development of strategic frameworks for the institution. Prior experience includes serving as a Legislative Advocate for the Missouri Coalition Against Trafficking and Exploitation, focusing on survivor care standards and legislative advocacy, as well as various student roles that emphasize community outreach, curriculum development, and research in social impact. Meghna holds a Master of Social Work from The Brown School and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Washington University in St. Louis.
