Stefano Gorini is a seasoned professional in IT data center operations, currently serving as the Head of Data Center Operations at CSCS since March 2011. With a robust background that includes leadership roles such as Head of Data Center IT Infrastructure and HPC Operation Group Lead, Stefano has spearheaded teams in various facets of IT infrastructure, including Network, Security, Storage, Cloud, and High-Performance Computing (HPC) services tailored for the Swiss research community. Prior experiences include significant roles at CINECA as an Analyst/Designer of Storage Systems and as an Analyst/Programmer with Savino Del Bene. Educational achievements encompass an Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi and various certifications, enhancing skills in business administration, people management, and technology.
