Emmanuel Paraisy, MBA, has an extensive background in construction management and estimating, currently serving as a Senior Estimator at CSCI since December 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing cost estimates, collaborating on pricing with the Chief Estimator, and developing conceptual budgets for construction projects. Prior experience includes roles as a Dispatcher at Wyndham Palm-Aire, where productivity and compliance were monitored, and internships at Orlando Construction Company & Roofing and Tallahassee Property Management, focusing on document control and bid proposals. Emmanuel holds a Master's degree in Construction Management from Florida International University and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
