Max Rubinstein has extensive experience in software development, currently serving as Director of Software Development at CSC Corptax since December 1997, where previous roles included Software Engineering Manager. Prior to this, Max held the position of Senior Software Engineer at McKesson HBOC from October 1995 to November 1997 and worked as a Software Development Consultant at Atlantis Technologies, Inc. from January 1995 to October 1995. Max Rubinstein earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University between 1990 and 1994.
