Vickie Starr has a diverse range of work experience in the community services and disability sectors. Vickie founded and served as a director of Community Services Bespoke Solutions, where they provided consulting services including quality assurance, practice development, leadership coaching, and NDIS transition support. Vickie also worked as a disability and community services consultant for the same company. Prior to that, Vickie held various managerial positions at Mercy Community Services SEQ Ltd, including general manager of customer experience and intermediary services, and general manager of strategic service development. Vickie also served in several roles at Endeavour Foundation, including national business manager for development and strategy, disability services business support and development manager, business support and development manager, and area operations manager for disability services.

Vickie Starr is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of the Sunshine Coast since 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Executive Leadership from UQ Business School.
