Jozxelle Gao, M.S., currently serves as Formulations Manager at CSB Nutrition Corporation since August 2023. Prior experience includes a Master's degree from Brigham Young University, where Jozxelle was awarded the BUILD Dairy grant scholarship and led the BYU IMPA Product Development team. Jozxelle's background in product development and formulation is complemented by roles at Summit Nutritional Laboratories and Brilliant Science, with expertise in food processing, quality assurance, and innovative supplement creation. Jozxelle holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where research experience in food science was gained.
