Taya Payne is a seasoned professional in product development and design, currently serving as a Senior Product Developer at CSB since April 2023. Prior to this role, Taya spent nearly six years at Target Australia, where experience included positions as Designer for Women's Activewear, Swimwear, and Resortwear, and Junior Buyer/Product Developer, focusing on Women's Casual and Activewear. Taya's expertise encompasses product design and development, production management, strategic planning, pricing, range architecture, and managing operational business needs in collaboration with planners. Early career roles included Trainee Buyer for women’s garments and Buyers Assistant for ladies' apparel.
