Hayley Carpenter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and brand consulting. Currently serving as Head of Product at CSB since April 2023 and as Founder & Director of The Merchandise Consultant, Hayley specializes in strategic initiatives for merchandise, retail, and brand consulting. Previous roles include Buying, Design & Product Director at Princess Polly, Global Buying Manager at AFENDS, and Brand Manager for RVCA in the APAC region. With a solid foundation in merchandise management and a strong track record in driving brand growth, Hayley has effectively collaborated with global teams and managed substantial budgets throughout a diverse career. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Psychology of Business and Management from Curtin University and an Advanced Diploma of Fashion from TAFE Queensland.
