Tommy Alsterstad is a highly experienced software design professional with a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Halmstad University. Currently serving as a Senior Software Designer and Team Leader at Omda since February 2021, Tommy has successfully converted all CSAM/Omda Public Safety's external communication interfaces to modern REST and SignalR standards while enhancing communication security through C#/.NET development. Previous roles include Senior Software Designer at Carmenta, where Tommy contributed to its acquisition by CSAM, and at Kollmorgen Automation AB, focusing on backend systems for autonomous vehicles. Tommy has also held senior positions at Ericsson, Cybercom Group, Volvo Technology Corporation, Consafe Infotech, and Ericsson Mobile Data Design, accumulating a wealth of knowledge in software development, system design, and team leadership across various domains.
