In addition, Louis has been a Financial Postal Clerk at CSA Ltd. since July 1998 and held the same role in Schinnen, Netherlands, from June 1994 to July 1998. Louis completed a high school diploma at Peabody High in 1968 and pursued further education at the University of Maryland from 1991 to 1998.
