Michael Collier is currently the Business Development Manager at CS3 Technology. Prior to this, they worked as a Solutions Architect at LynnCo Supply Chain Solutions from January 2013 to June 2020. In this role, they provided expertise and knowledge in the design, implementation, administration, and support of systems and infrastructure products and services. Michael also defined advance logistics approaches, creating and defining standards, and driving supply chain solutions.

During their time at LynnCo Supply Chain Solutions, Michael was also responsible for supporting the initial sell and expansion of non-asset based, outsourced supply chain services that deployed lean-oriented supply chain best practices and state-of-the-art technology platforms. Additionally, they acted as a subject matter expert in designing and supporting logistics solutions for business applications involving Systems Architecture products and services. Michael provided technical guidance to project teams and reviewed all collected data to develop high level supply chain initiatives.

Michael is skilled in data modeling and drove sales and strategy goals through this means. Michael also has an expert understanding of supply chain strategy and dynamics, related issues (S&OP, inventory management, economic impact, risk optimization), and the ability to ask the right probing questions to identify opportunities. During their time at LynnCo Supply Chain Solutions, they created and deployed interdepartmental process improvement procedures and implemented six new customers in a calendar year - exceeding personal and company goal of three.

Michael Collier has a Bachelor of Science in marketing/marketing management from Oklahoma State University.
