Matt Briscoe, M.A., PHR, serves as the Director of HR Transformation at C&S Wholesale Grocers since January 2022. Prior experience includes a role as HCM Solutions Consultant at Lifion by ADP, focusing on aligning client needs with product features. Previously, Matt held positions at Avis Budget Group as Manager of HR Transformation and Human Resources Business Partner, where responsibilities involved executing HR strategic plans and enhancing employee and customer loyalty. Additional experience includes HR roles at Sears Holdings Corporation, Diebold, Source Interlink, and NHS Human Services, covering various HR functions and labor relations. Matt holds a B.S. in Labor Studies and Employment Relations from Penn State University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Ashford University.
