Sandrine Ingabire is an experienced engineer currently serving as a New Product Integration Engineer at C&S Machine since October 2019, where responsibilities include managing new part job processing and ensuring product manufacturability through customer communication. Previously, Ingabire worked with Whirlpool Corporation in process improvement, focusing on HR processes and identifying issues related to overpayment and recovery. Prior experience includes serving as Event Coordinator at the Arcus Center for Social Justice Leadership, responsible for organizing commemorative events, and working as an Ergonomic Consultant at The Library Kitchen & Tap House, implementing process improvement tools. Ingabire also volunteered as an interpreter for a refugee family with Kalamazoo Valley Habitat for Humanity. Ingabire holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management and Technology from Western Michigan University, earned in 2019.
