Kiat I. has a strong and extensive work experience in the field of information and communication technology (ICT). Kiat began their career in 1994 as a System Engineer at LinesTel Co., Ltd. In 1995, they joined Loxley Information Services Co., Ltd. as an Assistant Vice President-Network Operations.

In 2003, Kiat joined CS LoxInfo Plc. where they held various positions over the years. Kiat started as Director - Technical and Operations, responsible for managing internet network operation and infrastructure. Kiat ensured an impressive network availability of over 99.99%. In 2010, they became Director - Strategic Focus, Acting Assistant Director Internet Security, overseeing the development of IT solution business while managing European banking infrastructure projects worth 32 million Baht.

Kiat's career continued to progress at CS LoxInfo Plc. In 2012, they became the Director - Strategic Project Management, where they handled project teams, presale activities, and managed IT managed services development. Kiat then transitioned to the role of Senior Director - Technical and Operations in 2014, followed by Senior-Director Technical Presale and Solutions in 2016. Most recently, they served as the Head of ICT Infrastructure Implementation.

Throughout their work experience, Kiat has demonstrated expertise in ICT infrastructure, project management, presale, and solutions. Kiat has effectively managed internet security operations, provided managed security services for corporate customers, and played a key role in the development of IT solution business.

Kiat I. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Electronics from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, which they completed between the years 1990 and 1992. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career, including ISO 50001:2011 Requirement and Implementation from BSI in May 2016, ITIL Service Strategy from PEOPLECERT in December 2015, ISO/IEC 20000 IT Service Management Internal Auditor from BSI in July 2014, ITIL Service Operation from PEOPLECERT in August 2012, ITIL Service Design from PEOPLECERT in March 2012, ITIL Foundation v3.0 from The APM Group in May 2008, CCNP from Cisco in March 2002, and CCNA from Cisco in November 2000.
