Emma Lo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, research, and advisory roles. As the Manager of Customer Success at Noibu, Emma focuses on enhancing user experience for e-commerce clients. In addition, Emma is the Owner of CS in Focus, an organization dedicated to fostering a community committed to customer success through events and resources. Emma also serves as Founder and Fractional CX at ValuSync, empowering businesses to maximize ROI through strategic customer alignment, and as a Portfolio Advisor at Hatchet Ventures, supporting underestimated founders. Previous roles include a Partner and GTM consultant at Flight Level 180 and Director of Customer Success at MaxSold, where significant metrics in retention and revenue growth were achieved. Emma holds a PhD in Pathology and Molecular Medicine from Queen's University and has a strong background in research, having conducted numerous projects in collaboration with leading institutions.
