Gaurav Sharma currently serves as the Deputy Manager of Plant Quality at C&S Electric Ltd., overseeing the Wiring Accessories Division with responsibilities that include IQC/SQA, plastic molding, line quality, new product development, and BIS-approved lab testing since August 2022. Prior to this role, Gaurav was the Assistant Manager of QA&QC at Havells India Ltd. from May 2019 to August 2022, and held the position of Senior Engineer at Elin Electronics Ltd. from April 2015 to May 2019. Gaurav began the professional career as a Production Engineer at JSK International Private Limited, where duties included plastic injection molding and switchgear production from June 2012 to April 2015. Gaurav holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Bhagwant Institute of Technology, attained in 2012.
