Fernando Rondón is an experienced mechanical engineer with a strong background in equipment management and maintenance within the civil sector. Currently serving as the Equipment Administrator at CRZ Construcciones S.A. since April 2021, Fernando coordinates maintenance activities and oversees equipment procurement. Prior to this role, Fernando was a Workshop Supervisor at Symco, managing maintenance for heavy cargo mobility equipment under ISO 9001 standards. Fernando also worked as a Plant Engineer at Distrinar S.A., where strategic planning and preventive maintenance were key responsibilities. Experience includes technical support at INTEVEP, maintenance engineering for a cooperative, and fabrication supervision in the elevator industry. Fernando earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de los Andes (VE) between 2003 and 2009.
