Chad Hutchinson, PE, currently serves as Vice President of Engineering at Crystal Group, where responsibilities include project management and development of ruggedized electronics. Hutchinson also holds a position on the Board of Directors for NCEE Labs and has a distinguished military background as a retired Commander in the US Navy Reserve, with leadership roles overseeing naval engineering and operations. Previous experience includes engineering management roles at NextEra Energy Resources and Alliant Energy, focusing on plant engineering and maintenance. Chad Hutchinson holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University and multiple certificates in finance, sales, and leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University and a certification in Nuclear Engineering from the Bettis Reactor Engineering School.
