Wissam Hariss Galayini is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical sales, customer success, and project management. Currently serving as a Technical Sales Manager at Crystal Fountains since September 2018, Wissam has previously excelled as the Head of Operations in Toronto for Deliverbae and held a range of roles at Sutherland, including Senior Consultant and Team Lead. With a background in customer support, problem resolution, and training, Wissam has enhanced business relationships through strategic use of Customer Relation Management tools. Earlier experience includes an internship in instrumentation and control at Nexen Inc. and contributing to the Soft Landing Team at the University of Windsor's International Student Center. Wissam holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Windsor.
