John L'Heureux has over a decade of experience at Crystal Fountains, currently serving as a Sales Engineer since April 2010, providing technical and administrative support for the North American Sales team. Previously, John held roles as Manufacturing Team Leader, overseeing production and quality control, and as Applications/Customer Service/Sales Coordinator, delivering global customer support for water feature products. John began their career at Crystal Fountains as a Product Design Technician from February 2004 to October 2007, focusing on product development and creating documentation for custom applications. John is an alumnus of OCAD University.
