Katherine Sullivan Mihalka is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in ticketing services and data analytics. Currently serving as the Database and Analytics Manager at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art since June 2022, Katherine previously held various positions at Walton Arts Center and Walmart AMP from September 2012 to June 2022, including Director and Manager of Ticketing Services, Box Office Manager, Box Office Coordinator, Lead Ticketing Representative, and House Manager. Katherine's responsibilities involved overseeing ticket operations, conducting data analytics for sales, and ensuring successful event execution. Katherine holds a Master of Arts in Musicology/Ethnomusicology from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Music in Instrumental Performance from Millikin University.
