Nikita Gudiev is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an ITOps Engineer at Cryptopay since November 2023. Previously, Nikita worked as an IT Support Engineer at Space International from September 2021 to November 2023, and at TBC from March 2022 to October 2023, demonstrating proficiency in managing multiple projects while showcasing strong technical skills in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex issues. Nikita has a background in customer service as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Majorel and has gained valuable troubleshooting experience at Silknet. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management at BTU, Nikita has also completed training at TBC IT Academy.
