Stan Larimer has a diverse work experience in the blockchain and technology industries. Currently, they hold the position of Member of the Board of Advisors at GetTangi Corporation, a company that provides secure blockchain technology solutions for the legal cannabis industry. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder and CTO of RUON AI, a role they took on in 2020. In 2019, they co-founded and served as the CTO of SovereignSky Space-based Blockchain. Before that, they co-founded and served as a board member at Quintric in 2018. In 2015, they were the Chief Executive Officer of Cryptonomex Inc., and in 2013, they held two roles, including the position of Godfather at Bitshares and the role of President at Invictus Innovations.

Stan Larimer attended the Air Force Institute of Technology-Graduate School of Engineering & Management from 1976 to 1978. During this time, they pursued a degree in Guidance and Control, with a specialization in Rocket Science, earning their Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE). Additionally, they also completed a program at the US Air Force Institute of Technology, focusing on the same field of study and obtaining a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) from the institution.
