Jackie Ng is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in application support and team leadership. Currently serving as the EMEA Production Support Lead at Crypto.com since December 2021, Jackie oversees L1/L2 support for a major cryptocurrency exchange, focusing on incident resolution, application monitoring, and team training. Previously, Jackie held the position of Senior Application Support Engineer at Deutsche Bank, where responsibilities included managing critical application incidents and automating processes. Earlier experience includes leading application management at Accenture for NHS systems, web development for Tudor Grange Academy, and systems analysis roles. Jackie holds a Master's Degree in Multimedia and Internet Computing from Loughborough University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Essex.
