Thomas Weit has extensive experience in mechanical assembly and maintenance within the industrial sector. Currently serving as Contremaître du service mecanique turbines et compresseurs at Cryostar since September 2019, Thomas also holds the role of Responsable du service Production Pompes. Previous positions include Chef d’équipe banc d’essais Pompes at SME and Mécanicien Monteur Pompes at Liebherr Group, specializing in mechanical assembly of crawler excavators. Thomas has a strong foundation in maintenance, having worked as a Technicien maintenance at both Tronox and DESSINDUS. Educational qualifications include a degree in team management from Pôle formation Alsace and a BTS in industrial maintenance from Lycee Jean-Baptiste Schwilgue. Additionally, Thomas obtained a Bac STI degree in electrotechnical engineering and industrial maintenance technology from Lycée Blaise Pascal Colmar.
