Xymena Nowak has over 15 years of experience in quality management systems. Xymena began their career in 2004 as an Analisys Specialist at Lemitor sp. z o.o.. In 2007, they moved to Polskie Centrum Certyfikacji sp. z o.o. as a Quality Management System Auditor. In 2009, they began working at FagorMastercook as a Quality Management System Engineer. In 2013, they joined 3M as a Quality Management System Coordinator. In 2017, they began working at PCC - Certification Body as a Certification Specialist. In 2018, they joined \u00b0CRYO Science as a Quality Management System Manager and Certification Specialist and was also appointed as the Management Board\u2019s Plenipotentiary for QMS.

Xymena Nowak's education history includes a post graduate degree from Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences in Occupational Health and Safety from 2010 to 2011, a post graduate degree from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology in Quality Management from 2005, and a Master's degree from University of Wroclaw in Chemistry from 1999 to 2004.
