Neal Barrett has been in the field of mechanical maintenance since 2018. Neal began their career at USsilca as a Senior Mechanical Maintenance. In 2019, they took on a similar role at PBMaterials and also became the Mechanical Maintenance Lead at Alpine Silica. In 2021, they joined Crushing Tigers as a Field Service Technician and Outside Sales.

Neal Barrett has attended Athens Technical College.
