Penny K. has a diverse work experience starting in 2005 as a National HR Coordinator at Zest health clubs. Penny then moved on to become a National HR Consultant at the same company before transitioning to a HR Business Partner role at Vita Group Limited in 2008. In 2011, they became a HR Business Partner at IRI and held that role until 2014. Penny joined MYOB in 2016 as a People Business Partner for a maternity cover position before moving on to IRI AAPAC as a Human Resources specialist later that year. Penny took on the role of Regional HR Business Leader at IRI AAPAC in 2017 and was promoted to Acting HR Director APAC the following year. In 2018, they left IRI and joined CSG Limited and Code Blue as a Senior People and Culture Leader, where they led a team across two businesses. Penny then worked as a Strategic Human Resources Consultant at TQSolutions for a brief period in 2022 before becoming a Leadership & Wellbeing Coach at Lead Beyond Group. Currently, they hold the role of People and Culture APAC at Crunchyroll.

Penny K. has a diverse education history, focused primarily on leadership development, coaching, and health and wellbeing. In 2021, they obtained LSI Accreditation from Human Synergistics Australia, specializing in Leadership Development and Coaching. Penny also holds a Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Coaching from Well College Global, obtained from 2017 to 2018.

Furthermore, Penny K. pursued a Bachelor of Business degree from Western Sydney University, focusing on HR & IR, from 2000 to 2003. Additionally, they obtained LSI Coaching training from Human Synergistics and completed a Health and Wellbeing Coach program at Wellstars.

Penny K. has also earned a certification in LSI and GSI coaching qualification from Human Synergistics in October 2021.
