Mirkosch Kaczerowski has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mirkosch began their career in 2001 with Deutsche Telekom AG, where they completed a dual professional training program as an IT-System Professional. Mirkosch then joined T-Mobile Deutschland GmbH, where they worked as a sales employee and later as a project staff in the Regional Quality Management Team.

In 2004, Mirkosch moved to E-Plus Service GmbH as a Junior Sales Manager for SME Business Customers. Mirkosch then briefly worked at Vodafone D2 GmbH as a Sales Manager for Private Customers.

Starting in 2016, Mirkosch worked at PC SPEZIALISTEN as a Salesman for three years before joining AV Visionen GmbH in 2019. At AV Visionen GmbH, they held the role of an IT-Systemadministrator for over two years.

Most recently, in 2022, Mirkosch joined Crunchyroll as an Information Technology Engineer.
