Jeffrey Sung has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Their most recent position was as a Senior Frontend Engineer at Crunchyroll, starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Full-stack Developer at Hearth from March 2022 to July 2022. From 2020 to 2022, Jeffrey was a Software Engineer at COMPONENTWISE SOLUTIONS INC.

Before that, they worked at The DEI Group as a Junior Software Engineer from September 2018 to February 2020. In this role, they developed and maintained client- and server-side report generation tools using C#.NET and React.js.

Jeffrey also has experience as a Junior Frontend Engineer at Liferay, Inc, where they contributed to bug fixes and the WAI-ARIA compliance of AlloyUI components. Jeffrey additionally worked as a Frontend Engineering Intern at Liferay, Inc.

Jeffrey Sung completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Physics with a specialization in Materials Physics at UC San Diego from 2005 to 2010. Jeffrey then pursued a Master's degree in Chemistry at UC San Diego from 2010 to 2012. Later, from 2012 to 2016, they attended the University of Minnesota and obtained a Master's degree in Chemical Physics.
