Patrick McLaughlin has over 25 years of experience in the software development industry. Patrick began their career in 1995 as a Senior Software Developer/Analyst for Les Logiciels S.I.G.M. Inc., where they served as an Analyst, Designer, and Lead Developer of a built for retail ERP solution, custom built Acomba Accounting System add-ons, and custom build business reports. In 2003, they moved to Groupe Conseil SGI Inc. where they served as Project Manager, Analyst, Designer, and Lead Developer of custom built Acomba Accounting System add-ons, a Kanban system, and an implementation, migration, training, and customer support of a retail ERP solution at multiple clients. In 2006, they moved to IFCS Inc. where they served as Project Manager and Team Manager of a custom built ERP solution, Analyst, Designer, and Lead Developer of a custom built ERP solution, and Implementation, Migration, Training, and Customer Support of a custom built ERP solution. In 2008, they founded Panamel Business Solutions Inc. where they served as Founder, CEO, Project Manager, and Senior Full-Stack Web Developer (Angular, Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL). Patrick was the Project Manager, Team Manager, Analyst, Designer, and Lead Developer of a custom built solution to manage centralized invoicing of purchases. In 2018, they moved to Crunchy Data as a Senior Data Solutions Architect.

Patrick McLaughlin obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from College Ahuntsic between 1991 and 1995. In 2009, they obtained a Professional Specialization Certificate in Administration, Commerce and Starting a business from Commission scolaire Marguerite-Bourgeoys. Patrick also underwent Continuous Online Training from Udemy Academy in Angular (2+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Node.js, REST API, and iOS Swift. In 2010, they completed Openbravo ERP Online Training in Advanced Development and Advanced Project Management.
