Dirk Jonker has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Dirk is the Founder and CEO of Crunchr, a company that offers HR technology solutions for workforce reporting, people analytics, and strategic planning. Dirk founded Crunchr in 2014 and continues to lead the company. Dirk is also an Advisory Board Member at Flow of Work Co, a HR Tech Startup focused on skill development and matching talent with business needs. Dirk joined the advisory board in 2020 and provides guidance on finding product-market fit and raising funding. Additionally, Dirk is an Advisory Board Member at Annual Insight, a SaaS company providing data analytics services. Dirk supports the company in their digital business transformation and revenue growth since 2018. Prior to these roles, Dirk founded Focus Orange, a boutique HR strategy consulting firm, in 2007, which was later acquired by PwC. At Focus Orange, they helped companies optimize their human capital investments by aligning structures, processes, and policies with their strategies. Dirk also has experience working with Towers Perrin as part of their Global Consulting Group, and with Deloitte and Aon in actuarial consulting roles. Dirk's career spans over two decades in various capacities, displaying their expertise in HR technology, consulting, and business transformation.

Dirk Jonker earned a Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Amsterdam, attending from 2000 to 2004. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Actuarial Science from the same university, completing it in 2005. In 2007, Dirk enrolled in Spartan, New York, where they obtained a Continuous Improvement Blackbelt, finishing their studies in 2009. Dirk also took a course in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in New York, earning the PMP certification from 2008 to 2009. Prior to their university education, they attended Praedinius Gymnasium, where they completed their Gymnasium studies from 1995 to 2000.
