Raul Chacon began their work experience in 2007 at Embark Corporation, where they worked as a Web Developer until December 2010. In 2013, they joined Morrisville State College as a Web Developer, remaining there until October 2015. Raul then joined Navisite as a Software Engineer in October 2015 and was later promoted to Senior Software Engineer in September 2017. Raul worked at Navisite until December 2019. Most recently, in March 2020, they joined Crunch.io as a Software Engineer.

Raul Chacon completed their education in Computer Science with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from California State University - East Bay, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. Raul further pursued their academic career at Syracuse University, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science from 2011 to 2012. Besides their formal education, Raul also earned additional certifications: the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from ACQUIROS, Inc. in October 2017, and the SAFe 4.0 Certified Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2017.
