Jennifer Michael has extensive experience in client and customer experience management, currently serving as Client Experience Manager at Crunch since November 2018. Previously, Jennifer held multiple roles at reed.co.uk from June 2011 to November 2017, including Customer Experience Manager, Customer Experience Team Leader, and Customer Experience Executive. Prior to that, Jennifer worked as a Sales Executive at 1st Central Insurance Services for a brief period in 2010 and gained experience as a Marketing Assistant at the Guild of Students, University of Birmingham from September 2008 to May 2010. Jennifer holds a BA in Media, Culture and Society from the University of Birmingham, completed in 2010.
