Shane Garland has extensive experience in software development, starting as a Senior Software Developer at Crump Life Insurance Services in 2003. Shane progressed to become a Sr. Software Consultant before eventually reaching the role of Vice President of Software Development in 2022. In addition, they also worked as an Audio Engineer at Sound Trap Productions since 2003.

Shane Garland earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, General from the University of Pittsburgh from 1998 to 2002.
