Thomas Spina has a diverse work experience in the maritime and tourism industry. Thomas is currently the Co-Owner and Managing Director at VIP Tour & Charter Bus Company, as well as the Vice President of Tour Development at Cruiseport Destinations. Prior to these roles, they were the President of Busability and the Vice President of Franchise Operations at Sea Tow Services International, Inc. Thomas also held the position of SVP - Operations at Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line. In addition, Thomas has worked for Carnival Corporation, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, New York City Economic Development Corporation, National Cargo Bureau, and the U.S. Coast Guard in various leadership and managerial roles. Overall, Thomas has a wealth of experience in business development, operations management, port and destination development, franchise operations, and marine assistance services.

Thomas Spina received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marine Transportation from the State University of New York Maritime College, where they attended from 1990 to 1994. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Mercy High School from 1986 to 1990.
